When oral medication, injections and the vacuum pump have been unsuccessful in combating impotence, many men turn towards the Penile Implant for a more permanent solution.

Bioflex materials add to the excellent mechanical reliability rates, having five times the tensile strength of silicone so providing maximum controlled girth expansion to fill the corpora.

The New Titan Penile Prosthesis

The Titan is the new lightweight three piece hydrophillic coated prosthesis. Results in long term follow up confer a significant advantage in reducing the rate of infection over non-coated devices, this being a major plus to patients with diabetes. This prosthesis is more lubricous than a standard implant promoting easier device implantation.

The AMS 700 Ultrex Prosthesis

The AMS 700 is an advanced three part inflatable prosthesis regarded as ‘Gold Standard’ in innovative penile implant technology, featuring a new tactile pump, inhibit-zone Antibiotic surface treatment, and Parylene, a wear-reducing coating. This prosthesis is for the patient who wants expansion in girth and length providing up to 20% in cylinder elongation, while simulating the look and performance of a natural erection.
