Testicle Implants
This procedure is carried out when one or both testicles have been lost due to some trauma, eg testicular cancer.
The implants are made of silicone and are designed to look just like a normal testicle. They feel a bit firmer than a real one.
The implants are inserted under general anesthetic and the procedure takes one hour. An overnight stay in hospital and a week’s rest is required. Recovery is usually quite fast and you will be able to be sexually active again 4-6 weeks after the operation.
