Remove unwanted fat with VASER® LIPO

Vaser® Lipo is a very effective, yet minimally invasive, fat removal procedure. It differs from traditional liposuction methods as it uses ultrasound technology to break down the fat initially before gently removing it.

How Vaser Lipo Works

The VASER® machine produces ultrasonic energy and miniscule probes transmit sound waves into the fatty tissue between the skin and muscle. The sound energy then breaks down and emulsifies the fat. Sound waves break up the fat ready for removal, leaving nerves, blood vessels and other tissues relatively unharmed.

The liquified fat is then carefully removed by a suction process and any residual liquified fat is excreted naturally by the body, to give you a smoother contour.

VASER® LIPO Procedure Step by Step

STEP 1 – Before Vaser Lipo treatment, a layer of fat cells along with, vascular and connective tissues sit between the outer layer of skin and the muscle.

STEP 2 – The fatty layer is infused with tumescent fluid (saline solution mixed with lidocaine and epinephrine). The fatty area then swells up.

STEP 3 – The fat is destroyed during VASER Lipo Selection®. It is then broken down and emulsified.

STEP 4 – The liquified fat is easily removed with suction technique and/or massage. The fatty layer has diminished, leaving a sleeker contour.
