Rhinoplasty

This is a common facial procedure and is often called nose surgery, of which there are three main corrections to the appearance of the nose.

1. Sometimes it is only necessary to reshape the point of the nose, for example if it is bulbous.
2. Nose reshaping is the most frequent and is considered standard. This is the correction of the bridge of the nose and the point.
3. Septo-rhinoplasty-This is the more complex and all. The nose can be reshaped and/or repaired and the nasal septum modified.

It is carried out under general anesthetic and you wll need to stay one night in hospital. Two weeks rest are necessary as it is possible you will feel obstruction and bruising which will take two weeks to heal. It may feel like you have a cold and a sore throat, but the results can be surprising and can change a face profile completely.
